The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful tips for getting around. The common areas were cozy and welcoming, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. a great value for money stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The very well air-conditioned room.. The vast majority of the staff very attentive.. The room is as it is in the picture! The breakfast very rich .. The place very clean .. Literally in front of the subway.
There was one night we went out to party and when we came back the door was closed from the entrance there was no one at the reception desk, we just put a number to which we called like 20 times and there was no answer, it was raining and my friend and I got soaked! Half an hour we stood on the street and there was nowhere to hide from the rain! We were not compensated in any way! next day we talked to the receptionist and that didn't happen again! expensive minibar. room was badly soundproofed and we could hear people walking around upstairs and it seemed that at any moment the roof was falling in on us, all the cars buzzing and church bells quite uncomfortable! furniture in the bathroom was a little scratched and I broke about three inches while I was putting on my make-up. Our room also had a leak! You have to leave the key every time you leave the hotel if you don't want to pay a fine, I think is silly! It doesn't deserve 4 stars, in 3 stars it would be excellent.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous, which always make the stay the more pleasent. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We liked the design of the hotel, which was modent and minimalist sort of way. Lastly, is the location. Town House 12 is just literally 5min walk from the tram line, which would take another 10min to get to downtown Milan (Duomo). Also, the hotel is 10min walk from Parco Sempione, which is a lovely park.
The bathroom was a tad small, but manageable. Not a major issue for us.

It's spacious and the breakfast is good ! Friendly staff too
I would not recommend that anyone stays at Town House 12 until the heavy duty construction work directly opposite is finished. The jack hammering, angle grinding & use of other heavy machinery starts just before 07:00 & ends just after 21:00. The bed was one of the worst I have ever slept on, the floor would have been more comfortable ! And sort the shower out too, no shower curtain & the hose looks like it's seen better days ...

The hotel had great accessibility to public transportation and was conveniently located close to the city center. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering assistance with recommending local tourist attractions and making arrangements for tickets and transportation. the breakfast was also enjoyable, with fresh and tasty options to choose from.
The rooms were quite small and cramped, which may be uncomfortable for those who need more space to move around. noise from the outside and inside can be heard, which may disrupt light sleepers.

Breakfast was excellent; staff were outstanding and always very helpful. Good value compared with other options.
Free WiFi nternet service is very slow, rendering many applications useless. However, there is a hotel computer available for general use.

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with a metro station right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the beautiful Park Sempione, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing professional and friendly service.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Milan. The location, service, and room amenities exceeded my expectations.

I d rather have a proper shower facility in the room as the bath was also quite small for my husband especially.
